1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to create and use a Blink Card account.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Services
Blink Card provides automated delivery of mobile data, airtime, electricity tokens, cable TV subscriptions, exam pins, and SMS verification. Service availability may vary based on network providers and third-party integrations.
4. Wallet & Payments
Funds added to your wallet are used strictly for purchasing services on the platform. See our Refund Policy for details on reversals and refunds.
5. Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
- Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform's systems
- Circumventing verification or security measures
6. Limitation of Liability
Blink Card is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including delays caused by third-party networks or providers.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our AML & KYC Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Blink Card after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
